Soap

Once Mary and James started making handmade soap there was no going back. They use hand crafted recipes to bring you a high quality bar of soap. The soaps are handmade cold process with a perfect blend olive, coconut, castor oils, shea butter, lard, essential oil and beeswax, and leave your skin feeling soft and clean—naturally. While some soaps are specialized as facial bars, any soap can be used for just about any purpose. At Mary and James’ home you will find them using this soap for dish washing, hand washing, in the shower and as the base of our handmade laundry detergent. All our soaps with the exception of the Charcoal Facial Bar are also available with loofah on the inside. The loofah grown at the farm wonderfully compliments the soap and assists with the lathering and exfoliating.

Wildflower Honey

The bees get all the credit for creating this fabulously tasting honey. The honey is light in color with a nice floral flavor. They gather nectar and pollen from a variety of native plants, flowers and trees. The taste of this honey will keep you wanting more. Plus, with hives being located right in the city, they are perfect for anyone with allergies wanting a boost!

Available in ½ pound, 1 pound and 2 pound glass jars.

We don’t process our honey or heat treat it in any way, which means that all of the enzymes and natural goodness is still in the honey. But it also means that it can crystallize. Here’s one person’s very informative post about crystallized honey and here is a wiki on how to de-crystallize it.
